She practises in financial services law, including the structuring and establishment of unregulated, unregistered and registered managed investment schemes. She also assists clients with the preparation and review of legal agreements, with a particular focus on the CFD industry and wholesale funds.
Tracy also has experience across all areas of immigration law and advises on visa eligibility, temporary and permanent visa options, visa strategies, compliance and risk management in the visa context, as well as merits review and judicial review matters.
She assists clients in obtaining or varying an AFS licence and meeting their compliance obligations.
