Meet Kevin Fang
Kevin Fang is the Principal Solicitor of Allbright with over a decade of legal and financial services experience acting for a myriad of domestic and international clients in a diversified range of industries.
He has extensive funds management, corporate advisory and private equity experience ranging from start up, VCLP to mergers and acquisitions.
Kevin has an outside the box approach in simplifying and resolving complex issues and delivers practical commercial solutions for his clients.
Meet Corey Chen
Corey has over six years of combined experience delivering commercial and regulatory outcomes in law and politics as a practising solicitor and Responsible Manager for an AFS Licensee.
He has drafted critical commercial instruments, including franchise agreements, IP registrations, and corporate governance documents to protect clients’ interests across financial services, franchising, aged care, and consumer markets.
Corey’s dual expertise in law and politics enables him to navigate sensitive commercial disputes and regulatory negotiations strategically, consistently delivering commercially-focused solutions for clients.
Meet Jack Fu
Jack brings over five years of multidisciplinary experience across law, science and education to his role as a solicitor at Allbright.
He has supported a diverse range of matters, with particular experience in financial services, corporate law and commercial litigation.
Jack’s broad professional background enables him to approach complex legal issues with a distinctive analytical perspective and a strong commitment to precision, clarity and client-focused outcomes.
