Corey brings a practical understanding of both legal obligations and commercial realities when advising clients in regulated sectors.
Corey regularly advises on AFSL compliance matters, financial services regulation and obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). He assists clients with regulatory issues, commercial disputes, corporate governance, and the preparation of key commercial documents.
Corey has experience assisting and advising clients on franchise arrangement, intellectual property matters, corporate governance and regulatory compliance materials. He works with clients across a range of industries, including financial services, consumer markets, franchising, aged care, real estate, and broader commercial sectors.
Corey’s background in both law and politics allows him to approach sensitive commercial disputes, regulatory negotiations and stakeholder issues strategically. He is focused on providing clear, commercially minded advice and practical solutions that protect clients’ interests.

- Graduate Diploma of Legal Professional Practice, University of New South Wales
- Admitted to the High Court of Australia
