Biography

Kevin Fang is the Principal Solicitor of Allbright.

Kevin has over a decade of legal and financial services experience acting for a myriad of domestic and international clients in a diversified range of industries.

He has acted for ASX listed entities, fund managers, investment banks, lenders, trustees, shareholders, high net worth family offices and various small to medium enterprises.

Kevin has extensive funds management, corporate advisory and private equity experience ranging from start up, VCLP to mergers and acquisitions.

He possesses solid dispute resolution experience including shareholder, transactional and board level disputes appearing in numerous Australian Courts and Tribunals from NCAT, Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court and Federal Court.

In addition, Kevin is qualified and has acted as responsible manager, key person and compliance and risk committee member for multiple Australian Financial Services Licensees including ASX listed entities.

Kevin has an outside the box approach in simplifying and resolving complex issues and delivers practical commercial solutions for his clients.
